This indeed is a really wonderful blog which points out the harmful effects of smoking. The author has given us a detailed description of the ways and means that can be employed to quit smoking. I certainly feel that it is easier said than done. I started smoking at the age 18 and I am still going strong. I never had any health issues because of smoking.
