Smoking prevention, reject the "first" cigarette
Perhaps you are tired of hearing about smoking. Newspapers, magazines, public speakers and teachers are constantly bringing subject of smoking. However, you cannot ignore the problem of smoking. What can you do as an individual?

Smoking leads to changes in the work of the respiratory system, which is manifested in repeated cough, then gradually reducing the lung function and developing chronic obstructive lung diseases.
Smoking is the most common cause of cancer of the lungs. However, the malignant cancers of other organs are much more common in smokers than in non-smokers.
Smoking raises blood pressure and speeds up the heart. Cardiac muscle will further burden the clogging of blood vessels that will be accelerated by smoking.
Painful menstruation with headaches and cramps are increased in smokers and are associated with length of smoking.
